Phase 2 is all about taking action on your newfound knowledge. It's during the second half of this program in which you will begin practicing the techniques that allow you to unlearn old beliefs and behaviors, reprogram new ones, and TRANSCEND your mental and energetic blocks.

Listen, I know what it's like to crave change.
 
To feel it in your gut, and know deep down that you are capable of so much more than what you are experiencing. To be acutely aware of what fears and beliefs are holding you back, but at times feel helpless when it comes to getting rid of them.

I waited for everything in my life to fall apart to make serious changes to my mindset and state of being, and if I could go back in time I'd make my growth a priority sooner. 
 
BUT, we can't turn back time, and living in the past is exactly what's holding us back from creating our future. 

Using the methods you'll learn in this program, I evolved from unmotivated & depressed after several losses in my life, to starting my own business and practicing daily tactics that rewired my subconscious, elevated my energy, and manifested the life I've always wanted to live.​

Frequently asked questions

How long is this program?


TRANSCEND is a 10 week program.




When are the weekly calls? And what happens if I can't attend them?


Our live coaching calls will be Mondays @ 6pm EST on Zoom. Each call WILL be recorded and posted to the community immediately after for whoever misses the call. With this said, the most profound transformations from clients in TRANSCEND have been with those who show up 90% or more for the program! What you put in you WILL get back tenfold, so participation in the live calls is strongly encouraged.




Are refunds accepted?


Once you sign up and join the community you have immedate access to all program content. For that reason, we do not provide refunds.




How much of a time commitment is this program?


We all have lives to live outside of this program, so I have structured the framework to be as follows:

  • Weekly group calls: 75 minutes
  • Modules: Typically 10-15 minutes, maximum 20 minutes.
  • Homework: Broken up into weekly sections ensuring that you can complete each successfully.
    • Phase 1 homework will be completed mostly in your workbook.
    • Phase 2 homework is mostly putting tools to use and practicing- 80% is done outside of the workbook.




How much does this program cost?


The price of TRANSCEND is $2,222 and there is a 5 month payment plan option available.
