How do group & corporate sessions differ from regular breathwork sessions?


Group and corporate breathwork sessions are tailored specific to your group wants and needs. Typically for corporate sessions, I recommend the session be focused on stress decrease, and cognitive improvement & mental clarity. I combine my expertise as a mindset coach with the power of breathwork. The music selection for corporate settings is more uplifting as I understand deep healing may not be comfortable to experience alongside coworkers. Within 24 hours of your inquiry, I will reach out to set up an intro call to further understand your goals for the session.




Is this safe for my employees or group?


Yes! Breathwork is a safe, simple, and highly effective technique. There are contraindications, so I always recommend anyone experiencing these medical conditions contact their medical provider to get sign off, and sign a waiver prior to our session.




What are the contraindications for breathwork?


Revelation Breathwork is not advised for persons with a:

  • history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack
  • high blood pressure
  • glaucoma
  • retinal detachment
  • osteoporosis
  • significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
  • severe mental illness
  • seizure disorders
  • major medications
  • history of aneurysms
  • pregnant
  • asthma (bring inhaler)




How much is a corporate session?


Depending on the duration and requests for the session, pricing can range from $300-$450+.




What does a typical corporate/group session look like?


As mentioned, it really depends on your goals for the session. However, a classic corporate session may include:

  • Breathwork overview
  • Mindset overview (i.e. "how to change your brain": neuroplasticity, thinking-feeling loops, our brain's on stress)
  • Exercises to get to know ourselves better
  • Breathwork session to integrate what we learned (24 minutes of active breath + 6 minutes of rest breathing)
  • Sharing and reflection
A classic group session may include:
  • Breathwork overview
  • Mindset a/o energy overview (i.e. "change your mind, change your energy, change your life" how to)
  • Exercise based on your goals for the session
  • Breathwork session for integration (24 minutes of active breath + 6 minutes of rest breathing)
